I had to literally clap my hands when I read the blog-post of “bongV” entitled”An Exercise in Modeling Philippine Elections and Governance.” BongV advocates education, community develoment, and grassroots empowerment and writes for the blog “Filipino Voices“. The traffic light he saw when he was stuck in traffic reminded him of a flowcharting process and pondered what the election and governance would look like if it was modeled this way.
