8,000 Filipinos to Work in South Korea Yearly

A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was recently signed between the governments of the Philippines and South Korea that guarantees hiring 8,000 Filipinos every year for the next three years in the manufacturing sector of South Korea. The agreement was signed by DOLE Secretary Marianito Roque and Korea’s Minister of Labor Lee Young-Hee.
