  3. How come Alorica (Cebu) is a good company!!…but then going to close anytime now??!!!… Only 8 months in the industry. No chance for you to be promoted…. Only false advertisement, false hope for those who dream to be with a company for the longest time. Company really sucks!!!!

  4. If you were not even part of Alorica before then stop talking nonsense there. As part of Alorica’s 2nd wave trainee I would say that you dont have any idea what the company is attaining now. They even pay good and bought the other company on the same building we are now. In addition to that we have the bigger chance of being part in the support group as well.

  5. I am really interested to apply in call center companies but I find it hard to pass on exams and interviews. I am planning to study in Call Center Academy here in Cebu but they didn’t have sessions for Saturday and Sunday students. I could not also be able to have sessions on weekdays because I am presently working to support my famiy’s needs.

    • Hello Nelia. You can attend online English courses. I did a quick Google search and found http://www.lingualbox.com which costs $2 per class. English conversation is just a matter of mimicking someone and practicing everyday. Do a quick search inside YouTube.com using the search phrase “English conversation practice” and you’ll be overwhelmed with the FREE video tutorials to help you get that good English intonation and diction.
